Williamson County resident Jimmy Franks was installed as the 2019 President of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT) at the organizations annual dinner last month. He follows Mack Andrews, owner of Mack Andrews Homes in Germantown, Tenn., as president.
At the dinner, Ethan Collier from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chattanooga was installed as Vice President/Treasurer. He is the President and CEO of Collier Construction. James Reid from the West Tennessee Homebuilders Association was installed as Vice President/Secretary. He is the President of Memphis-based Reid Homes Inc.
Franks, a third-generation custom home builder, is the owner and President of Tennessee Valley Homes. He previously served as Vice President & Treasurer and Budget Finance Chairman for HBAT. He has also served as President of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. Currently, he serves on the City of Franklin Planning Commission and City of Franklin Housing Commission.
